Staff Shift Cancellation Policy

 

If three shifts are canceled by per diem staff, your file could be flagged resulting in the loss of shift request privileges. Every shift cancellation is recorded in the system and on your profile. Remember to provide a reason and any necessary supporting documentation when canceling a shift. It's important to remember that even with a flagged account, you are still required to attend any other scheduled shifts. Per diem staff can contact White Coat Healthcare Staffing to have their account reinstated. If the cancellations are deemed valid, the restriction on shift requests will be lifted, such as in the case of a positive COVID test. And don't forget, a No Call, No Show (NCNS) will lead to immediate termination. PERIOD!
