Fee Structures

We provide a variety of options to cater to our clients' needs. If none of these options fit your specific requirements, please reach out to us so we can collaborate on finding the best solution for your organization.

Under the Contingency Option, you do not incur any fees until you decide to hire our candidate(s). If you’re looking for a risk-free search experience and your needs don’t involve confidentiality, sensitivity, or a high level of complexity, the contingency fee structure might be the right choice for you. While there are clear pros and cons to this approach, it works best if you don’t need a single search firm to secure the results for you. This method is particularly effective for filling mid-level positions or roles with a base salary under $100,000, offering you a flexible and low-risk way to partner with us in your recruitment efforts. As your contingent search partner, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding service and successfully completing your recruiting assignment.

Fees: The client agrees to pay the total invoice upon placement.

Engaged Search

Engaged Search offers a compelling blend of contingency and retained fee structures. This option is highly recommended if you seek a committed and fully engaged search relationship without the need for a complete retained search fee commitment.

Fees:

An engagement fee of $5,500 is payable before the search begins. The remaining balance of the fee is due once the candidate starts their employment.

The retained executive search is ideal for your most critical, confidential, or challenging recruitment needs. This partnership creates an exclusive relationship between your organization and our firm for a vital executive search assignment.

Retained search, also known as “retainer search,” involves a contractual agreement and regular fee payments throughout the search process. This type of search signifies a strong commitment from both parties to achieve a successful outcome.

Fees:

To initiate the recruitment process, a start-up fee of 1/3 (based on the candidate’s first-year salary) is required. After presenting a ‘short list’ of qualified candidates, the client will pay an additional 1/3 fee. Upon successful placement, the final 1/3 fee is due within 10 days of the candidate’s start date.

Other Expenses:

The following expenses past to client: Job Advertisements, background check, degree verification, education, training, drug tests, etc.

We do not charge for  general administrative fees.
